For all taxes due and owing to the Township
where payment is made by the taxpayer of the whole amount of said
tax within two months from the date of tax notice, the taxpayer shall
be entitled to deduct from said tax amount a discount of 2%.
Any taxpayer who shall fail to pay any tax assessed
against him by the Township for a period of more than four months
from the date of the tax notice shall have added by the Tax Collector
to the tax amount due and owing a penalty of 10% to be collected by
the Tax Collector, in addition to the amounts set forth on said tax
notice.
