No person or business shall sell any product
containing chlorofluorocarbon or hydrochlorofluorocarbon (commonly
known as "Freon") that is used as a refrigerant to any person under
age 18.
Any person violating the provisions of this
article shall be, upon conviction thereof, sentenced to a fine of
not more than $500 or imprisonment not exceeding 90 days, or both.
At the discretion of the Municipal Court Judge, a term of imprisonment
may be substituted for an equivalent term of community service.
