Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:67-1j, the above-referenced renumbering plan be and hereby is adopted for all purposes specified under said
statute.
The Township Tax Assessor is hereby directed to notify all residents
and property owners affected by said numbering system of the change in the
numbering system and that the change is to be henceforth utilized by the persons
so affected.

Each property owner shall, within 180 days from the mailing date of notification of this chapter, as provided in §
96-2 above, cause to be displayed upon the primary building on each tract or parcel of ground the number assigned to said building pursuant to the terms of the above-referenced plan. Said numbers shall be at least three inches in height.
The township officials are hereby directed to change all records and
other documents to reflect the above-referenced numbering system and are henceforth
directed to utilize the revised system for all matters of township business
and concern.
The Township Clerk is hereby directed to notify the United States Postal
Department and the Postmaster of each post office situate within the confines
of the Township of Middle of the changed numbering system and request its
compliance with the revised system for purposes of United States postal business.
Any person failing to comply with the provisions of §
96-3 of this chapter shall be subject to a fine of $10.
