The “Agreement of Pocono Mountain Regional
Police” attached hereto and made a part hereof as Exhibit A[1] is approved, adopted and executed, provided that the Township
of Tobyhanna, by ordinance, approves, adopts and executes the same
agreement. The President of the Borough Council and the Borough Secretary
are directed to execute said agreement on behalf of the Borough of
Mount Pocono.

The Borough Council of the Borough of Mount
Pocono may by resolution adopt procedures and regulations to implement
the Intergovernmental Cooperation Act (53 Pa.C.S.A. § 2301
et seq.), and the agreement enacted by this article.
