Article I Building Code

§ 77-1 Adoption of regulations; filing.

A. This article is known as the “Mount Pocono Borough Building Code,” 2000 edition of the International Residential Code (known as the “IRC”), the International Building Code (known as the “IBC”), and the International Fuel Gas Code, of which not less than three copies are on file in the Borough office, and the same is adopted and incorporated herein as if it were set forth herein at length.

B. Its contents are located in the Mount Pocono Borough files under “An Ordinance Establishing the Building Code of Borough of Mount Pocono.”
