Town of Georgetown, DE Article I Smoke-Free and Tobacco-Free Policy

§ A240-1 Adoption of policy.

It is the policy of the Town of Georgetown that smoking is prohibited in any Town-owned or operated building and/or vehicle. This policy shall apply to all employees, contractors, visitors and guests, who are within any Town-owned or operated building and/or vehicle.
