It shall not be unlawful for the operation of jet skis and/or motorized
watercrafts in the Borough of Bradley Beach; provided, however, that the jet
skis or motorized watercrafts are operated by persons renting the vehicles
from a vendor authorized by the Borough to rent these vehicles on the beach;
and the person so leasing the jet skis operates them in accordance with rules
and regulations of the Borough as set forth in the lease agreement; and further
that the renter does not operate the jet skis in the area set aside for public
bathing; and that, other than driving the jet skis to and from the beach,
the jet skis are to be operated east of the jetty line.
