The following represents a brief summary of
major portions of the SEQRA process that may be applicable to subdivision
applications and approvals within the Town of Marilla. The full body
of the SEQRA Law (Article 8 of Environmental Conservation Law, and
Section 617 of Title 6 of New York Codes, Rules and Regulations) should
be consulted for additional details of the applicability and required
procedures of SEQRA.
