Fees for subdivision application and review shall be as follows:
A.

Building permit fees shall be as follows:
A. 
Residential construction.
(1) 
All new construction: $0.50 per square foot.
(a) 
Porches, decks, fireplaces, garages and manufactured homes shall be included in the square footage.
(b) 
Renewal fee: double the initial fee.
(2) 
Additions and alterations.
(a) 
Up to 100 square feet: $50.

A. 
Real property owned by a not-for-profit corporation or association organized or conducted exclusively for religious, charitable, hospital, educational or moral or mental improvement of men, women or children purposes, or for two or more such purposes, and used exclusively for carrying out thereupon one or more of such purposes by the owning corporation or association shall be exempt from the provisions of Chapter 700, Zoning, requiring the imposition of a fee for the issuance of a building permit.
B. 
Real property owned by an incorporated volunteer fire company or fire department created for the purpose of furnishing fire protection which is actually and exclusively used and occupied by such fire company or fire department for public purposes shall be exempt from the provisions of Chapter 210, Zoning, requiring the imposition of a fee for the issuance of a building permit. As used in this section, the term "public purposes" shall mean land and buildings or portions thereof used for housing, storage, repair and testing of fire department vehicles and of equipment, appliances, devices, tools, protective clothing, uniforms and supplies; receipt and dispatch of alarms; training, drills and instruction; generators, lockers, showers, custodial quarters; offices, company meetings, ready room; social and recreational use, other than for income-producing or business purposes of both the firemen and residents of the Town or fire district in which the real property is located.
C. 
The cost of building permits for other commercial buildings will remain the same.

A. 
Initial fee. The initial fee for a manufactured home park established within the Town of Marilla shall be as set from time to time by resolution of the Town Board for the first 20 manufactured home spaces and for each additional manufactured home space in excess of 20 spaces.
B. 
License renewal fee.
(1) 
The fee for renewal of licenses for manufactured home parks maintaining not more than 20 manufactured home spaces shall be as set from time to time by resolution of the Town Board.
(2) 
The fee for renewal of licenses for manufactured home parks maintaining more than 20 manufactured home spaces shall be as set from time to time by resolution of the Town Board for the first 20 manufactured home spaces and for each additional manufactured home space in excess of 20 spaces; provided, however, that an amount as set from time to time by resolution of the Town Board shall be paid for any additional manufactured home space not previously licensed.
C. 
Amendment by resolution. The fees set forth in this section may be amended by the Town Board by resolution from time to time.
