Except as otherwise provided in this chapter,
a violation of this chapter shall be deemed a misdemeanor and shall
be punishable by fine. Any person, firm or corporation who or which
violates or refuses to comply with any of the provisions of this chapter
shall be fined not less than $35 nor more than $100 for each offense.
Each day that a violation is permitted to exist shall constitute a
separate offense.
