It is the purpose of this chapter to establish and adopt for the Town
of Niskayuna the Schenectady Intermunicipal Watershed Rules and Regulations
for Protection From Contamination of the Public Water Supplies Drawing From
the Schenectady Aquifer, a copy of these rules and regulations being annexed
hereto as Exhibit A.[1]
