No plenary retail distribution license shall be issue in the Borough
of Rocky Hill, County of Somerset and State of New Jersey.

During the hours that sale of alcoholic beverages are prohibited, the
licensed premises shall be closed except that part of the premises which may
be used for a restaurant or grill must be entirely separated and locked from
the barroom of the premises and must have a separate entrance and exit.

The annual fee for a plenary retail consumption license shall be the
sums per annum for the following years:
I. All years after 2009: $2,000.

No licensee shall sell, serve, deliver, or allow, permit or suffer the
sale, service or delivery of any alcoholic beverage, or allow the consumption
of any alcoholic beverage on licensed premises, except between the following
hours:
A. Monday through Saturday: 7:00 a.m. through 1:00 a.m.
of the following day.
B. Sunday: 12:00 noon through 12:00 midnight.
C. New Years Eve: Regular opening hour through 3:00 a.m.
of New Year's Day.
During the hours sales of alcoholic beverages are prohibited, the entire
licensed premises shall also be closed.
The hours above referred to shall be Eastern standard time, except from
2:00 a.m. on the last Sunday in April until 2:00 a.m. on the last Sunday in
September of each year, when they shall be Eastern daylight saving time, which
time is one hour in advance of Eastern standard time.
Any person who shall violate this article shall be subject, upon conviction,
to a fine of not more than $1,000 or imprisonment for not more than 90 days,
or both, in the discretion of the court.
