The sewer service area is established by the
wastewater management plan. No property may be connected to a sewer
unless it is located within the sewer service area as established
by the wastewater management plan. The wastewater management plan
is adopted and amended from time to time pursuant to the requirements
of the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection as established
by N.J.A.C. 7:15-1 et seq.
The Borough's sewer service area shall be as
detailed in the wastewater management plan.
