All trucks with a registered gross vehicle weight
of over four tons are hereby excluded from the streets and roads in
the Borough, except for the pickup and delivery of materials on such
streets.
Regulatory sings shall be erected and maintained
to effect the above restrictions as authorized by the Department of
Transportation.
Any operator or owner of a vehicle found to
be in violation of this article shall be subject to a penalty of not
more than $200 or imprisonment for a term of not exceeding 15 days,
or both.
