Pursuant to the authorization granted by the Section 1502, Clause IX, of the First Class Township Code,[1] disorderly practices within the limits of the Township of Ridley are hereby defined as follows:
A. 
Using offensive, vile, profane, vulgar, abusive or indecent language; cursing, swearing or any loud or boisterous talking which disturbs the peace and quiet entitled to be enjoyed by others, even though the same does not originate on a public highway or place.
B. 
Molesting religious or other lawful meetings.
C. 
Begging for personal gain.
D. 
Drunkenness.

Each and every of the foregoing acts, words or conduct herein defined is hereby declared to be unlawful.
Nothing herein contained is intended to be in conflict with any Act of Assembly, and if any act, word or conduct alleged to have been committed by the accused constitutes an offense under any provision of any Act of Assembly, prosecution for such offense is hereby directed to be exclusively under such Act of Assembly.
Any person, firm or corporation who violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction before a District Justice, be sentenced to pay a fine not exceeding $600, plus costs of prosecution, and in default of payment of such fine and costs shall be imprisoned for a period not to exceed 30 days. Each day such a violation is committed or permitted to continue shall constitute a separate offense and shall be punishable as such hereunder.
