As used in this article, the following terms
shall have the following meanings indicated:
For any property zoned residential in the Township of Ridley,
that portion of the lot extending from the front of the structure
to the street line, excluding any driveways specifically intended
for the parking of motor vehicles. In the case of a corner lot, the
yards extending along any streets are front yards.
One or more automobiles, including vans, trucks and motorcycles.
Parking in the front yard of any lot zoned residential
in the Township of Ridley is prohibited.
Any person who shall park a motor vehicle in
violation of this article shall, upon conviction before a District
Justice, be sentenced to pay a fine not exceeding $1,000, together
with the costs of prosecution, and upon default in the payment thereof
be sentenced to undergo imprisonment for a period not exceeding 30
days.
