[Adopted 3-19-1975 as Ch. 95, Art. II, of the 1975 Code]
In order to provide a play area for the younger children of the Township of Ridley without interference from older persons, no person over the age of 12 years may use the municipal playground located between Whitney Road and Howard Road in the Township of Ridley.
The Superintendent of Highways is hereby directed to post the above municipal playground with the limitation of use of said playground provided by this article.
A. 
Any minor violating the provisions of this article shall be dealt with in accordance with the Juvenile Act.[1]

B. 
Any person who is not a juvenile and who violates the provisions of this article shall, upon conviction before a District Justice, be sentenced to pay a fine not exceeding $1,000, plus costs of prosecution, and in default of payment of such fine and costs shall be imprisoned for a period not to exceed 30 days.
