All outdoor advertising on state and/or federally controlled or maintained highways within the corporate limits of the town shall be regulated by the provisions of Title 17, Chapter 11, of the Delaware Code, and as enforced by the Delaware Department of Transportation.
Except as set forth above, all other outdoor advertising shall be regulated by Chapter 234, Zoning, as amended.
