All persons engaged in the business of managing or operating a pool or billiard table for public or revenue use shall pay an annual license tax at the rate of $50 per year for each pool or billiard table for two tables and $25 each table thereafter within the corporate limits of the Town of Bridgeville. Video games are exempt from licensing.
No person shall engage in the business of managing or operating a pool or billiard table for revenue or public use without first paying the annual license tax at the rate specified in § 80-1.

All pool or billiard tables licensed under this chapter and all video games shall be closed to use by minors after the hour of 9:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday. A minor is defined as a twelve-year-old or younger.
Every person engaged in the business of managing or operating a pool, billiard table or video game for public use or revenue shall not operate said pool or billiard table or video game after the hour of midnight on weekdays and all day Sunday.

A pool or billiard table or video game for public use or revenue includes but is not limited to any pool or billiard table or video game operated automatically by the insertion of a coin or token.

Any person violating any provision of this chapter, upon conviction thereof, shall pay such fines as set out in Chapter 1, General Provisions, Article II, Penalties.
