A revision and codification of the ordinances
of the Borough of Allendale, County of Bergen and State of New Jersey,
pursuant to the statutes provided therefor, be and the same is hereby
authorized. Upon resolution of the Borough Council approving same,
the Mayor or other borough officials designated therein are authorized
to enter into a contract with any person, firm or corporation for
such revision and codification.
It is hereby determined that no appropriation has been made in any budget or budgets of the Borough of Allendale heretofore adopted to provide for the purposes authorized in § 1-1 hereof. There is hereby authorized, pursuant to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 40A:4-53 et seq., a special emergency appropriation in the sum of $4,800 to be used in whole or in part to meet the cost of the aforesaid purposes.
The special emergency appropriation made in § 1-2 hereof shall be financed in accordance with a resolution or resolutions of the Borough Council adopted pursuant to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 40A:4-55.
