Whenever any words or phrases are used in this
article, the meanings respectively ascribed to them in Subtitle 1
of Title 39 of the Revised Statutes of New Jersey shall be deemed
to apply to such words and phrases used herein.
The following described streets or roadways
or portions thereof are hereby designated as one-way streets in the
direction indicated:

No person shall park a vehicle at any time upon
any roadway on the Northern Highlands Regional High School premises,
except that school buses may park in front of the school building
parallel to the sidewalk.
Violations are subject to the general penalty
provisions of N.J.S.A. 39:4-203, as amended.
This article shall take effect upon passage
and publication as provided by law and upon approval, in writing,
by the Department of Transportation of the State of New Jersey as
provided by N.J.S.A. 39:4-8.[1]
