Notwithstanding any other provision of this
chapter, no person shall park any vehicle on any private property
within the Borough nor shall the owner of such property cause or allow
any such vehicle to be parked so as to encroach upon or damage any
adjoining property or the public right-of-way.
Unless another penalty is expressly provided
by New Jersey statute, any person, firm or corporation convicted of
a violation of this article or any amendment thereto shall be liable
to a penalty of not more than $100 or imprisonment for a term not
exceeding 15 days, or both. In addition to the penalties set forth,
the Judge may order restitution.
