The following described intersections are hereby
designated as stop intersections. Stop signs shall be installed as
provided herein:

All signage shall conform to the current Manual
on Uniform Traffic Control Devices.
Unless another penalty is expressly provided
by New Jersey statute, any person convicted of a violation of a provision
of this article or any supplement thereto or amendment thereof shall
be subject to a fine not to exceed $50 or imprisonment for a term
not to exceed 15 days, or both, at the discretion of the Judge before
whom such person may be convicted.
If any section, subsection, paragraph, sentence,
clause, phrase or word contained in this article shall be declared
invalid for any reason whatsoever, such decision shall not affect
the remaining portions of this article, which shall remain in full
force and effect, and to this end the provisions of this article are
hereby declared to be severable.
All other ordinances of the Borough, or parts
thereof, which are in conflict with this article are hereby repealed
to the extent of such conflict.
This article shall take effect upon passage
and publication as provided by law, as well as approval thereof by
the New Jersey Commissioner of Transportation.
