§ 270-71 District regulations.

All regulations pertaining to C-1 Central Business Zone District shall apply to C-2 Central Business Zone District — Shopping Center; provided, however, that there shall be a minimum area requirement of six acres and a minimum frontage requirement of 500 feet.
