In interpreting and applying the provisions of this chapter, the following
definitions prevail:
Any structure or enclosure to which water is supplied, whether occupied
or vacant.
All places to which water is supplied, whether occupied or vacant.
The person, group or department of the town or authorized agent of
the town, appointed or created by the Brant Town Board, having charge of the
furnishing of water or servicing water facilities either within or without
the Water District.
