All elevations and grades in the City of Bradford
shall be referred to the United States Geological Survey (USGS) Bench
Mark of 1924, which is a USGS brass plate situate at the southeast
corner of the first landing of the United States Post Office steps
at No. 80 East Corydon Street, and the elevation of said bench mark
shall be taken to be 1,443.41 feet, being the level above the sea.
