No person shall interfere with the snowplowing
of any portion of any of the Borough streets by obstructing the travel
or operation of a snowplowing vehicle operated on behalf of the Borough
by placing any object, vehicle, or one's person in a manner that prevents
movement of the vehicle past any point on any Borough street or prevents
the movement or depositing of snow in any location.
No person, including, but not limited to, any
resident or contractor performing private snowplowing operations or
clearing snow by shovel, plow or snow blower within the Borough, shall
cause snow to be deposited from any premises within the Borough onto
any Borough street.
Snow shall not be plowed and piled from a driveway
against the opposite curb. Snow shall be plowed back onto the property
from which it was plowed or shoveled and feathered along the curbline
of the same property so that piles do not extend into the street.
No car may be parked on any Borough street whenever
snow has accumulated on the street to such a depth that snow removal
operations will be required.
