The Tax Collector of the Borough is hereby designated
to make examinations of its records as to unpaid municipal liens and
to certify the results thereof.
The compensation of the Tax Collector shall
be such as shall be fixed by the governing body by ordinance. Said
compensation shall be in lieu of all fees, including the fees for
examination and certification of all unpaid municipal liens.
