A. 
The following rules and regulations shall apply to the use of school grounds and other school property owned by the Dumont Board of Education:
(1) 
It shall be unlawful for any person to be in or upon the grounds of the school, including athletic fields and playgrounds, between the hours of sunset and 7:00 a.m., without the written permission of the Board of Education. The Board of Education shall erect appropriate signs indicating the prohibited hours of the use of the school grounds.
(2) 
No person shall consume or offer to another for consumption any alcoholic beverages in or upon any school grounds.
(3) 
No person shall cut, deface, injure, climb upon or disturb any building, fence or other structure or appurtenance or school property belonging to the Board of Education.
(4) 
Domestic animals shall not be permitted to be led or let loose on the school grounds, parks or fields.
(5) 
No person shall throw, place or deposit any litter nor cause, suffer or permit any litter to be thrown, placed or deposited in or upon any school property, playground or fields within the Borough except in receptacles which are provided for such purposes.
(6) 
All persons must adhere to the rules of the Board of Education concerning the use of school fields and playgrounds, and parking thereon. All persons involved in activities on school fields and playgrounds which do not adhere to the rules of the Board of Education, Borough ordinances or state statutes shall be subject to removal from the facility or grounds.
B. 
Copies of the rules of the Board of Education can be obtained from the Superintendent of Schools, Dumont Board of Education. Said regulations shall be incorporated herein by reference.

Any person who violates any provisions of this article shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished by a fine of not less than $200, nor more than $2,000, or by imprisonment for a term not exceeding 90 days, or both.
