[Adopted by Ord. No. 1012 (Ch. 3A of the 1970 Revised Ordinances)]
Any and all modification, alteration or construction to the attached list of sidewalks shall require that the original condition, specifically, a red brick design, be maintained.[1]

Editor's Note: The list of sidewalks is included at the end of this chapter as an appendix.
Failure to restore and maintain the aforementioned condition shall result in the municipality retaining the services of a contractor to repair any modifications to the sidewalks pursuant to the conditions set forth in this article. The contractor or individual modifying the sidewalk contrary to the provisions of this article may then be billed for the repair work obtained by the Borough.
The municipality may also charge the adjoining property owners, if said contractor was operating at the request of such property owner.
Prior to any alteration or modification to the aforementioned sidewalks, an individual must obtain a permit from the Building Inspector authorizing construction to the sidewalks in question. The cost of said permit shall be $40.
