Code (Ch. 3, Art. I, Sec. 3-1, of the 1990 Code of Ordinances)]
No horses, sheep, swine, goats or cattle shall go at large, loose or unfastened in or on any street or highway within the limits of the compact part of the Town; and every owner of any such animal found at large within such limits shall be punished in accordance with Chapter 1, General Provisions, Article II, General Penalty, of the Code of the Town of Lincoln.
