At all times drivers of vehicles must stop the
same on a signal from the police officer to do so. Every driver or
person having charge of a vehicle in any street shall remove the same
to another place on such street, or from such street to some other
street, when directed to do so by the police officer.

No person shall drive a vehicle on any public
way, street or highway of the Town at a greater rate of speed than
25 miles per hour unless otherwise designated, except that on Sprague
Avenue, Holiday Drive, Holiday Court and Arnold Street the maximum
speed limit shall be 20 miles per hour. The Town may increase or reduce
the speed limit on specific public ways, streets or highways when
necessary as authorized by state law.

The Traffic Engineer shall designate from time
to time certain streets where commercial vehicles shall not be driven
or operated on except for the purpose of receiving, transporting or
delivering merchandise or necessities to those who reside thereon
and a schedule of these streets is on file in the Traffic Engineer's
office.

The Traffic Engineer shall designate from time
to time one-way streets. The schedule of such designated streets is
on file in the Traffic Engineer's office.

Any business operating a drive-through service
shall not use Town residential roads or streets for entry or exit
of said business, except that any business with a drive-through service
entering or exiting onto Town residential roads or streets as of the
date of passage of this section shall have rights to continue said
drive-through service. Any transfer of title to the business shall
result in termination of these grandfather rights and shall require
conformance with this section.
