City of Derby, CT Article II Valley Council of Governments

§ 7-2 Membership.

The City of Derby shall be a member of the Valley Council of Governments in accordance with Sections 4-124i through 4-124p, inclusive, of the Connecticut General Statutes and any amendments thereto.

§ 7-3 Representative to Council.

The representative of the City to such Council shall be the Mayor.

§ 7-4 Powers and duties.

The Council shall have such power, purposes, responsibilities and duties as defined by the General Statutes of the state, as amended.
