2-2.5 of the Charter and Revised Ordinances]
Meetings of all appointed municipal agencies, boards and commissions
shall be held in buildings owned or leased by the City.
It shall be the responsibility of the presiding officer of each such
agency, board or commission to make arrangements for such public facility
for such meetings and to produce adequate open access to the public.
The failure of any such presiding officer to hold public meetings in
a public facility as hereinbefore described shall be deemed to be good and
sufficient cause for his removal from office.
