All people or entities using or owning portable storage containers used for the storage of chemical products, hazardous wastes and biological materials shall inventory and mark such containers in the following fashion:
A. 
The National Fire Protection Association 704 system will be the identification system and the Coast Guard Chris system will be adopted for the storage of incomparable materials.
B. 
The signs must be legible from a distance of 50 feet in all cases.
C. 
The signs must be placed a minimum of two feet from any window or vent.
All owners or users must submit an inventory of stored materials, and the location of the containers must also be submitted to the Fire Department. This information must be given directly to the Fire Chief.
As used in this article, the following terms shall have the meanings indicated:
PORTABLE STORAGE CONTAINER
A trailer, container, portable tank, shed or other enclosed space used for the temporary or permanent storage of chemical materials.
