No vendor of food and/or drink of any type shall be allowed to enter
upon the field area of Bradley Field before, during or after any sporting
event, community activity or private affair.
As used in this article, the following terms shall have the meanings
indicated:
All that property surrounding Bradley School which is owned by the
City of Derby.
