All commercial and retail business establishments
within the Borough shall maintain and utilize (keep lit) their exterior
lighting fixtures every evening from dusk until dawn.
Any violation of the provisions of this article shall be punishable in accordance with the then existing penalty provisions of § 1-17 of this Code.
