The Mayor and Council have determined that it is advisable to provide for the safe and orderly use of the municipal community center by members of the public through the adoption and implementation of reasonable rules and regulations.
The Supervisor of Buildings and Grounds, with the approval of the Buildings and Grounds Committee of the Borough Council, may promulgate and implement rules and regulations with regard to the reservation and use of the municipal community center by members of public.
A. 
Each person wishing to reserve the community center for a non-Borough-sponsored event or program shall post an application fee of $200 to $400 with the Construction Code Office. One hundred dollars to $250 of said fee shall constitute a refundable security deposit as provided for therein. Said amounts shall be set by resolution of the Borough Council.

B. 
The required security deposit shall be refunded upon the determination by the Supervisor of Buildings and Grounds, or his/her designee, that the facility is left in a clean, orderly and undamaged condition and in full compliance with all requirements set forth in the rules and regulations that may be in effect with regard to the same.
C. 
A prorated portion of the security deposit may be retained by the Borough to reimburse it for any costs incurred to restore the facility should the same not be left in a condition in full compliance with the standards set forth in Subsection B above.
D. 
Each person who reserves the community center for a non-Borough-sponsored event or program shall be responsible for all damages to the facility resulting from the event or program.

The Mayor and Council have determined that it is advisable to provide for the safe and orderly use of the Thomas J. Deverin Community Center by members of the public through the adoption and implementation of reasonable rules and regulations.
The Director of the Office on Aging may promulgate and implement rules and regulations with regard to the reservation and use of the Thomas J. Deverin Community Center by members of the public.
A. 
Each person wishing to reserve the Thomas J. Deverin Community Center for a non-Borough-sponsored event or program shall post an application fee of $300 to $1,000 with the Office on Aging. One hundred dollars of said fee shall constitute a refundable security deposit as provided for therein.
B. 
The required security deposit shall be refunded upon the determination by the Director of the Office on Aging, or his/her designee, that the facility is left in a clean, orderly, and undamaged condition and in full compliance with all requirements set forth in the rules and regulations that may be in effect with regard to the same.
C.
