Any employees and/or volunteers of a formal sports organization,
youth group and/or nonprofit organization receiving a subsidy of any
kind from the Borough who are responsible for the supervision of children
associated with the use of a public field for any organized play shall
be subject to a complete background investigation as determined by
the Carteret Police Department, with all such investigations to be
completed within 12 months for all such current individuals, and for
any new individuals, prior to their start of such supervisory activities.
