The City Council designates the City Clerk of the City of Long
Branch as the person having the authority to approve the granting
of raffle licenses pursuant to the terms of N.J.A.C. 13:47-1.1.
The City Clerk shall file a certified copy of this article with
the New Jersey Legalized Games of Chance Control Commission.
