City of Long Branch, NJ Article VII Positions Considered Members of UFCW Local 125 Collective Bargaining Agreement

§ 75-70 Eligible positions.

The positions of Municipal Clerk, Deputy Municipal Clerk, Secretary to the Mayor, Clerk Transcriber and Administrative Secretary of the City of Long Branch be and the same are subject to the economic terms and conditions of employment as set forth in the contract between the City of Long Branch and UFCW Local 152 collective bargaining agreement effective April 1, 2011.
