It shall be unlawful to bury any human body at any place within this City except within an established cemetery.
Any person violating the provisions of the first section of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be fined in a sum not to exceed $25, and any person digging a grave for the burial of any human body, or assisting therein, shall be fined in a sum not to exceed $10.
