There is hereby created the position of Public
Health Dentist of the Town of West New York.
The duties of the said Public Health Dentist
shall be as follows: to perform the dental treatment and services
for indigent children and others who may be assigned to said public
health dentist for medical treatment and services.
The executive, administrative, judicial and
legislative powers and duties relating to the position of Public Health
Dentist as aforesaid are hereby assigned to and distributed in the
Department of Public Affairs.
The said Public Health Dentist shall be appointed
by the Director of the Department of Public Affairs. The term of office
shall commence on September 1, 1968.

The range of salary for said position shall
be as established by ordinance, payable in equal weekly installments.
