WHEREAS the Board of Commissioners has determined
the need for the creation of the position of "Parks and Public Property
Supervisor" due to the lateral transfer of Public Works Supervisor
to the Department of Parks and Public Property.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED as follows:

There is hereby created the position of "Parks
and Public Property Supervisor."
