City of Franklin, NH Article I Exemption for the Blind

§ 272-1 Exemption granted.

The City of Franklin shall grant a property tax exemption for the blind as specified in RSA 72:36-b, as amended by the Laws of 1985. Such exemption shall be in the amount of $15,000, and the equalization ratio is not to be applied against that amount.
