The Board of Commissioners hereby adopts by
reference rules and regulations which had been prepared with an effective
date of September 8, 1998, including but not limited to Volume 5,
Chapter 8, containing rules and regulations, including the rates to
be charged for towing and storage services, and that a copy of said
rules and regulations shall be kept in the offices of the Clerk of
the Township of Haddon.
