The local enforcing agency shall be the Bureau
of Fire Prevention of the Township of Haddon.
All buildings within the Township of Haddon
in which nonlife-hazard uses are being conducted shall be inspected
annually by the Bureau of Fire Prevention.
Prior to said annual inspection, the Bureau
of Fire Prevention and the Fire Code Official of the Township of Haddon
shall send out to all properties and buildings subject to said inspection
an application for a certificate of inspection.
Said application for certification of inspection
shall be completed and returned by the occupant and user of the premises
to be inspected within 30 days of the receipt of said application,
and said application shall be accompanied with the appropriate fee.

In addition to any other registration or permit
fees required pursuant to the Uniform Fire Safety Act and regulations of the Department of the Community Affairs, additional inspection fees for non-life-hazard uses shall be required and the amount of such fees is set forth in Chapter
111, Fees.
Any individual or business entity who is subject
to this article and fails to return the completed registration forms,
including the applicable fee, within 30 days of receipt or fails to
allow the Fire Code Official to conduct the required inspection, shall
be subject to a fine not to exceed $250.
Ordinance No. 788 relating to the implementing
of the Uniform Fire Safety Act and providing for the administration
and enforcement of the Uniform Fire Code is hereby incorporated by
reference for purposes of enforcement pursuant to the Uniform Fire
Safety Act and Uniform Fire Safety Code as adopted hereto. Any other
ordinances of the Township of Haddon which shall be inconsistent with
this article or ordinances specifically incorporated herein by reference
are hereby repealed, but only to the extent of such inconsistencies.
