In celebrating this Centennial year, the Borough of Hillsdale hereby
adopts an official Borough flag, designed by Gerard Bourcier of 59 Standish
Road. The flag shall consist of a field of hunter green with the outline of
the State of New Jersey in white. In the upper right-hand corner of the state
outline will be a white star and on the right and left sides of the state
outline in a half-moon shape will be five stars in white. At the top of the
flag will be the word Hillsdale and at the bottom of the flag will be "New
Jersey," all in white lettering and placed in a straight line centered horizontally.
