No person shall conduct a traveling show, carnival or circus, or any street parade in connection therewith, in the Borough unless he or she obtains a permit therefor from the Borough Clerk. Compliance with Chapter 310, Land Use, § 310-55I(6), is required.

A. 
All permits issued under this chapter shall be valid only for the time therein expressed.
B. 
The fees as provided in Chapter 138, Fees, shall be paid by the licensee.
C. 
The Borough Council is hereby authorized to waive the payment of the license fees set forth in Subsection B of this section for any show, carnival or circus given by or for the benefit of any religious, charitable, social or fraternal organization or association.
Any person, firm or corporation who shall violate any of the provisions of this chapter shall be punishable as provided in Chapter 226, Penalties.
