1972; amended in its entirety at time of adoption of Code (see Ch. 1, General
Provisions, Art. II). Subsequent amendments noted where applicable.]
No person shall conduct a traveling show, carnival or circus, or any street parade in connection therewith, in the Borough unless he or she obtains a permit therefor from the Borough Clerk. Compliance with Chapter 310, Land Use, § 310-55I(6), is required.

A.
All permits issued under this chapter shall be valid
only for the time therein expressed.
Any person, firm or corporation who shall violate any of the provisions of this chapter shall be punishable as provided in Chapter 226, Penalties.
