The Borough and the Board of Health shall have concurrent jurisdiction
in the administration and enforcement of the provisions of this chapter.
The duly authorized officers, agents and employees of the Borough and
of the Board of Health bearing proper credentials and identification shall,
subject to law, be permitted to enter upon all properties for the purpose
of inspection, observation, measurement, sampling and testing in accordance
with the provisions of this chapter.
